How should I care for my compression garments?
To maintain the integrity of the fabric, machine wash your gear in cold water with similar colors and air dry in the shade. Avoid using bleach, fabric softeners, or tumble dryers.
What is your return policy for performance apparel?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned unless faulty.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer express shipping options that deliver within 1-2 business days for orders placed before 12 PM EST.
How do I know which size to choose for thermal gear?
We recommend using our detailed Size Guide found on each product page. Our compression gear is designed to fit like a second skin; if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down for a more compressed fit.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, 2XU provides a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
